The nice thing about having a companion blog for our listings website, Architerra Manila Properties, is that  we can write about the Alabang, Bonifacio Global City and Makati communities surrounding every village, subdivision and residential condominium estate.  More than talking about the merits of house, we know that buyers and sellers will take keen interest in the community where they plan to settle in.  Hopefully, we get to offer you insights on living and working in these areas.
